Elbows, tees, reducers, flanges and end caps shipped with your pipe order — one package, one inspection.
A pipeline is only as good as its weakest fitting. We supply the complete fitting package together with the pipe: butt-weld elbows, tees, reducers and caps to ASME B16.9, plus flanges to ASME B16.5 or EN 1092-1, with gaskets and fasteners to match.
Wall thickness is the specification most often mismatched. Butt-weld fittings are made from pipe of the same schedule as the line, so the bore stays smooth and the pressure rating is uniform. We check the schedule on your BOM before production, not after laying.
Flanges are selected by pressure class and facing, not by pipe wall thickness. We can supply weld-neck, slip-on, blind, threaded and lap-joint types with raised face or ring-type joint facings, and we confirm the drilling matches your valve and equipment connections.
Everything is packed in the same consignment as the pipes, with one packing list and one inspection. Send us your BOM — we will quote the whole package and flag any specification mismatch we find.
